PURPOSE:To decrease sliding resistance as small as possible, by setting an elastic sealing member to each sliding part in a cylinder, piston and cylinder main unit and displaying a sealing function through compressive deformation. CONSTITUTION:Elastic sealing members 9, 10 are compressibly deformed by sliding pistons 15, 16, tightly attached and slided to a large contour internal surface 6 of a cylinder main unit 1 and the peripheral surface of a piston rod 5 to seal the inside of the unit 1. While if working fluid is discharged, the pistons 15, 16 are reset by restoring force of the member 9, 10 to reduce sealing quality while decrease sliding resistance. |
