PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution and to improve an operability, by providing two piezoelectric elements in layer to an ignitor, being interlocked with the revolving movement of a stopper so that each of them can be operated independently, in an ignitor in which one shut-off plug for an appliance is revolved, and two pilot burners are enabled to be ignited independently. CONSTITUTION:Two piezoelectric elements 3 and 4 are fitted to a stopper operating shaft 2 for an appliance shut-off plug, being interlocked to each other, and gas circuits 7 and 8 which are respectively interlocked to pilot burners 5 and 6, are designed to be interchangeable by the pivotal movement of a stopper in an appliance shut-off plug 1. The above-mentioned piezoelectric elements 3 and 4 are laid oppositely to each other. By turning a knob 2' fitted to the operating shaft 2 to the right or the left, a gas circuit can be changed from 7 to 8 and vice versa, at the same time, the piezoelectric elements 3 or 4 is operated to produce sparks in a discharging part 3' or 4', igniting a pilot burner 5 or 6. |
