PURPOSE:To prevent residual oil in an oil feed path from being incompletely ignited and burned momentarily when a solenoid-operated valve is opened, by starting the operation of an ignitor later than the opening of a solenoid-operated valve in the oil path. CONSTITUTION:In a kerosene burner, blast is started by a fan motor 6 by closing an operation switch 10. At the same time a solenoid-operated valve 4 is opened and a little quantity of oil is injected from a nozzle 5 by the residual pressure being left in an oil feed path 9 after the last operation. At this time, oil is ignited in a moment, because the high pressured electric discharge is taken place between ignition electrodes 8 by an ignitor 7, and after that, a burner is normally ignited by the oil being fed by a pump 3 being operated. An ignitor delay timer 12 is added to an operation controller 1, as a controller 1A. The residual oil in an oil feed path 9 is ejected out of a nozzle, not being ignited, by starting the ignitor 7 a little later the than the fan motor 6 and the solenoid- operated valve 4, when the operation switch 10 is closed. |
