PURPOSE:To prevent a bite, a clogging, a winding, or other troubles when residue is discharged from an incinerator, by connecting a residue discharging passage to the bottom of an incinerator, having a predetermined inclination, and by providing a bucket conveyer to a residue retained part which is provided to the outlet end of the passage. CONSTITUTION:A sand 3 is filled up as a fluidized medium to the predetermined height from a gas dispersing part 2 provided in the lower part of a fluidized bed incinerator 1, and an outlet part 4 to discharge produced residue out of the furnace as a mixture with sand 3 is provided at the bottom of the incinerator 1. In this case, a downwardly inclined discharging passage 5 to discharge the residue out of the furnace with an angle of repose given to the residue mound is installed to the outlet part 4 by laying the passage into a foundation 6. A bucket conveyer 7 is installed in a discharged substance retained part M, formed in an outlet 5b of a discharging passage 5, locating its pickup end 7b in said discharged substance retained part M, and a shoot 13 for leading the discharged substance out to a sifter 12 is provided, corresponding to the upper outlet end 7a. |
