PURPOSE:To obtain a titled device capable of automatically adjusting die positions with high precision and exchanging the dies, by fixing plural female dies to a lower die holding table, and pressing male dies attached to an upper die holding table by a press pin fixed to a cross table attached to a ram, for constituting the device. CONSTITUTION:Plural female dies 1 are regularly set to a lower die holding table 2 attached to a bolster 3, and male dies 4 are slidably set to an upper die holding table 5 on the positions where the dies 4 coincide with the dies 1 ordinarily. On the other hand, a cross table consisting of a slider 6 movable in the direction of Y-axis to which a press pin 7 is attached and a slider 8 movable in the direction of X-axis is attached to a fixed table 9 fixed to a ram 10 locating above the dies 4. When blanking a blank placed between the tables 2 and 5, the sliders 6 and 8 respectively movable in the directions Y and X axes are properly moved by NC (numerical control system), etc. to make the press pin 7 coincide with a desired male die 4, and then the ram is lowered. |
