The voltage source comprises a piezo-electric component (1) with a mass body (5) positioned in front it, so that under the effect of inertia when the projectile accelerates a pressure force is exerted on the piezo-electric component. This in turn produces a voltage corresponding to the acceleration. Between the piezo-electric component and the mass body is a pressure transmission unit (6) which normally transmits pressure from body to component. If a certain value of pressure force is exceeded, however, the unit moves towards a stop (2,3,4) in the projectile, whereby the piezo-electric component (1) is discharged. The pressure transmission unit has a sprung part (6a) extending in front of the piezo-electric component (1), and the mass body (5) is so located that it exerts its pressure force against this sprung part which springs back against the stop (2,3,4) when the predetermined pressure level is surpassed.
