PURPOSE:SATOIMOs (a kind of TARO) are peeled, washed with a salt solution and tightly packed together with cold water of 4-5 deg.C to prevent their surfaces from hardening. CONSTITUTION:SATOIMOs 2 are peeled, washed with a salt solution and placed in a vessel 1 together with water 3 of 4-5 deg.C and tightly packed.
