摘要 PURPOSE:To always obtain the ideal braking force distribution characteristics of the front and rear wheels in a deceleration control valve that is used for the rear wheel hydraulic pressure braking device of a car by contracting an inlet hydraulic pressure path toward a piston, by means of small and large diameter orifices and inserting an inertia valve. CONSTITUTION:A small diameter orifice 44a is effectively actuated when there is no load in a car and the pressure rise in a sealing chamber 17 following the closing of an inertia valve 28 that is closed in response to a certain specified deceleration when the car is braked suddenly is firmly prevented, by contracting an inlet hydraulic pressure path toward a piston 16 by means of a small diameter orifice 44a during the dummy stroke L2 of the piston 16 and a large diameter orifice 44b during the subsequent effective stroke L1 of the piston 16 and by interposing the above-metnioned inertia valve 28 in the inlet hydraulic pressure path. Besides, when the effective stroke L1 is performed in a loaded condition, the braking force distribution characteristic of the front and rear wheels are made ideal by reducing the throttling effect of the inlet hydraulic pressure path using the large diameter orifice 44b and preventing the sudden reduction of pressure in the sealing chamber 17 following the closing of the inertia valve 28 when the car is braked suddenly and the rear wheel from being locked at first.
