PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for using a spike tire and suppress generation of dust, by using a slip preventive belt in accordance with a condition of road surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Bottom parts of guide metal fixtures 10 are rolled from a bottom side to an upper side, and the fixture 10 is secured to both ends of grounded parts 12 by rivets 4. Both ends of a slip out stopper part 5 are wound in the bottom side and secured by rivets 6, and a through hole of a slip out stopper ring is provided. The stopper part 5 is intersected below the part 12 in a crossed state and arranged at a fixed distance then secured to the part 12 by the rivet 4. A synthetic high molecular compound 13 of rubber or the like having elasticity is filled to a full surface of the part 12 while partially to both surfaces of the part 5 and molded. The ship out stopper ring 7 connected by a rivet 8 is inserted into the through hole of the stopper part 5 to obtain a spike belt body 3. |
