PURPOSE:To prevent the crack of a commutator by securing the second cylinder provided with a plurality of commutator segments on the outer periphery through the first cylinder which is press-fitted to a rotational shaft to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:The first cylinder 8 is press-fitted to a rotational shaft 7, the second cylinder 10 is then movably engaged with the shaft 7, and a commutator terminal 13 is soldered to a cylindrical coil 14 and the electrode 17 of a varistor 16. A plurality of commutator segments 12 are provided on the outer periphery of the second cylinder 10, and secured to the shaft 7 through the first cylinder 8 which is formed of metal material which is hardly cracked. In this manner, the crack of the commutator can be prevented when the commutator is press- fitted to the shaft, thereby rigidly securing it to the shaft. |
