PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a highly efficient and reliable heat exchanger, by providing fin parts and U-tube parts to one single tube, and bending the U- tube parts into U-shapes. CONSTITUTION:Against a heat pump type air conditioner 1 constituted of a compressor 2, 4-way valve 3, a heat exchanger 4 at the service side, and an expansion valve 5, etc.; a heat exchanger 6, installed at the outside of room, radiates heat to the outside at the time of air cooling and absorbs the solar heat at the time of heating, and consists of a refrigerant tube 7 obtained by fitly attaching fins 8 to a single path of the tube 7 and forming it into a zigzag shape. The heat exchanger 6 is manufactured by providing, at first, fins parts 11 and U-tube parts 12 to a single, straight refrigerant tube 7, and then, bending the parts 12 into U-shapes in the directions of zigzag after fitly attaching the fins 8 to the parts 11. Further, the fin parts are also formed into a flat type tube part by press working, instead of attaching the fins, to obtain the same thermal performance as that of the fins. |
