PURPOSE:To provide a gap seal material comprising a hollow member filled out by injecting an injected material therein and a seal member joined thereto, the external form of which can be smaller than the gap portion. CONSTITUTION:A gap seal material 1 is inserted in a gap portion 5 to be sealed, and compressed air is injected therein through an injection hole (not shown) mounted on a hollow member 3 to fill out the hollow member, which causes a seal member disposed on the gap seal material 1 to join to the side walls 5a of the gap portion. Thus, a complete seal condition is achieved. |
