PURPOSE:To guide and support exactly a web material and a flange material, by providing a guide roll having a web supporting part press-contacting with the side of the web material, and a flange guide part for guiding the flange end face, and making roll width of upper and lower press-welding rolls smaller than flange width. CONSTITUTION:Between upper and lower press-welding rolls 1, 1, a guide roll 4 is provided. The guide roll 4 has a web supporting part 5 press-contacting with the side of a web material W, and a flange supporting part 6 for guiding the end face of a flange material F. The web supporting part 5 is constituted of a pair of web supporting rolls 7 placed at an interval in the upper and lower parts, the flange supporting part 6 is constituted of a pair of flange guide rolls 8 in the upper and lower parts, and the center part of the flange guide roll 8 is supported by a supporting bracket 10 through a bearing 9. Also, roll width of the upper and lower press-welding rolls 1, 1 is made smaller than width of the flange material F. |
