发明名称 FLUIDIZED BED TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To incease and stabilize the amount of heat transfer by a method wherein in the fluidized bed type heat exchanger having finned heat transfer pipes embedded in a fluidized bed, a plurality of members for causing a heat medium to flow turbulently are provided on the downstream sides of heat medium flow passages among the heat transfer pipes. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cut openings 11 are formed in each of the fins 7 of the heat transfer pipes in such a manner that the fin is cut at several parts thereof and the cut parts are raised up sidewardly in opposite directions in an alternative fashion to thereby form raised pieces 7a leaving the openings 11 therebelow with each of the riased pieces 7a positioned in each stage of the heat exchanger. With the above structure, a heating gas phase medium A flows uniformly into the fluidized bed 6 after it passes through a dispersing plate 4 and moves upward among the heat transfer pipes 8 as it transfers heat to the heat transfer pipes through particles 5 in the fluidized bed 6 and the fins 7. In this case, small-sized air bubbles B formed in the heating medium A expands themselves as they move up among the fins 7. However, such air bubbles B are disrupted into small-sized air bubles and forced to flow turbulently due to the existence of the raised pieces 7a formed at the cut openings 10. As a consequence, the air bubbles B do not block the spaces among the fins 7 so that the amount of heat transfer is increased and the heat transfer operation is stabilized.
