PURPOSE:To set automatically the die spacing confirming to the sizes of dies and to improve workability, by detecting the arrival of a housing at a prescribed position by a detecting means for the extent of movement and stopping the moving operation with a moving mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The information on the sizes of dies 10, 11 mounted to dies 2, 5 is inputted by the numerical setting part 21 of an input part 20, wherearter the operator pushes a set completion button 23, then the driving source 15 of a housing moving mechanism 19 operates. A die bar 3 formed with a transfer screw part 3a is rotated in the prescribed direction and when the die sizes are small, the housing 6 advances and when the die sizes are large, the housing 6 retreats. When the arrival of the housing 6 at the prescribed position corresponding to the die sizes with a detector 25 for moving extents, the driving source 15 of the mechanism 18 is stopped. |
