PURPOSE:To realize impregnation simultaneously with winding for hardening through bonding because an impregnation agent is spread equally into a coil by coating an ultraviolet-ray hardening type resin to the surface of wire material. CONSTITUTION:A wire material 2 which is supplied from a supply bobbin 1 and guided to a conduit 4 through a tension roll 3 while it is given an adequate tension passes through a resin impregnation material 5. An ultraviolet-ray hardening type epoxy resin 7 being stored in a hopper 6 drops into a material 5 and it is impregnated into it. Therefore, the epoxy resin 7 is coated on the surface of wire material 2 while it passes therein. The wire material 2 with coating of epoxy resin 7 is taken by a bobbin 10. Since the ultraviolet ray generated from the ultraviolet ray source 12 and that reflected by the reflector 13 is irradiated to the bobbin 10, the wire material newly taken is bonded to the wire precedingly taken, hardened and fixed during at most several seconds to ten and several seconds. |
