PURPOSE:To prevent generation of CO2 from grout, by reacting carbonated water prepared under high pressure, with an aqueous solution of excess water glass, under specified conditions and pouring the resultant grout into the ground. CONSTITUTION:CO2 in a storage tank 1 is supplied to a first mixer 9 via a flow control valve 3, an evaporator 4 and a flow control unit 5 and is mixed with water supplied from a storage tank 6 via a flow control valve 7 and a pump 8 to prepare carbonated water. The obtained water is led into a gas/liquid separator 22 and, after undissolved CO2 is separated into a gas phase by closing a flow control valve 15 and opening flow control valves 23 & 24, it is fed into a second mixer 17 by means of a constant delivery pump 16. The carbonated water is made to react with an aqueous solution of a stoichiometrically excess amount of water glass fed from a storage tank 11 by a pump 16 under the pressure which is lower than that of a mixer 9 and does not cause generation of CO2 from the carbonated water, to produce a grout to be poured into the ground. |
