A carton blank, the fields of which for the side wall 2 and end wall 4 are easily locked together following the raising of the blank with the aid of arrow-shaped locking tongues 10 on the fields of the side walls, which tongues can be inserted into associated locking slits 12 in attachment flaps 6 that are bound to the fields for the end walls. The locking slits 12 have one straight section and bow-shaped ends 13, while the locking tongues have a width adjacent to the base of the arrow-head that exceeds the length of the straight section of the slits, and folding lines 11 that extend from the base of the arrow-heads along the sides of the arrow-heads. <IMAGE> |
