PURPOSE:To fix a laver sheet in bright green color without adding synthetic colorants or chemicals, by heating a laver sheet in water or a seasoning liquid in the presence of a slight amount of metallic copper. CONSTITUTION:The green color of a laver sheet can be fixed by heating the laver sheet in water or in a seasoning liquid in a container in the presence of a slight amount of copper. The addition of copper can be carried out by using a container made of copper or by putting a piece of copper in the container. |
