PURPOSE:To facilitate fitting and detaching of a tank for storing dehumidification condensed water, by rotatably fitting a float to a notch in a side wall of the tank through a support part of a float lever making contact with a micro- switch for controlling the operation of a dehumidifier. CONSTITUTION:The float 16 comprised of a lever 16a and a floating element 16b formed integrally with the tip of the lever 16a is provided with the support part 16c by bending the lever 16a at parts (a), (b), and the support part 16c is provided with a pair of flange parts 16d. A rear end 16e of the float 16 is brought into contact with the micro-switch 13 for controlling the operation of a dehumidifier, and the water level in the tank 7 for storing dehumidification condensed water is detected by the floating element 16b. Both sides of the notch 7a formed in the side wall of the tank 7 are clamped by the pair of flange parts 16d, enabling the float 16 to rotate. Accordingly, the construction is simplified as compared with conventional constructions designed for weight detection, and the float can be removed as one body with the tank 7, so that discharging of dehumidification condensed water and fitting and detaching of the tank 7 are greatly facilitated. |
