PURPOSE:To improve the operability and safety, by turning an oscillating plate with gears and a drive member, pushing a rack of a rack shaft to the drive member to block the movement of the plate. CONSTITUTION:A clamp device 12 and a tightening plate 11 support a member 3 to be clamped. An oscillating plate 13 is fitted to the clamp device 12 and forms reception parts 13a, b of circular arc shape guided with a cam follower 14. A gear 15 is provided at the outer circumference of the plate 13 and a drive member 17 drives the plate 13. A rack 21 at the tip of the rack shaft 20 is contacted or detached to/from a drive member 17 by operating a handle 27 to make the member 17 freely rotatable or to fix. The handle 27 is energized with a spring 23 except at the operation to fix the member 17. Thus, the angle of the member 3 to be clamped is adjusted safely and accurately by operating the handle 27. |
