PURPOSE:To prevent a high temperature side fluid and a low temperature side fluid from mixing with each other even when a pipe through which one of the fluids flows is damaged by a method wherein the high temperature side fluid transfers its heat to the low temperature side fluid through the double walls of each of aluminum pipe holding sections and a low temperature side fluid pipe. CONSTITUTION:High temperature side fluid pipe passages 14 and the pipe holding sections 15 for holding the low temperature side fluid pipe passages are formed integral with each other by extrusion-molding an aluminum material such that the passages 14 run parallel in vertical layers along the vertical center axis of the molded product and the pipe holding sections 15 for holding the low temperature side fluid pipe passages (pipes 16) are arranged right and left with respect to that center axis. Further, a low temperature side fluid passage is formed by inserting a pipe 21 into the pipe holding sections and after the insertion, the pipe 21 is expanded to thereby fix the pipes 16 tightly to the pipe holding sections 15. |
