PURPOSE:To improve the operating speed, by connecting a high resistance between output terminals of a device comprising the 1st current changeover switch for each emitter follower output being the in-phase and opposite phase to an input signal and the 2nd current changeover switch for each collector output. CONSTITUTION:To the output of the 1st current changeover switch comprising transistors (TRs) T81, T82, emitter follower TRsT87, T88 are connected, and the collector output of the 2nd current changeover switch comprising TRsT83, T84 to which the same input signal as the 1st switch is connected to the emitter of the TRsT87, T88, to switch the current flowing to the TRsT87, 88 in response to the input signal level, and a high resistor R83 is connected between the emitter output terminals of the TRsT87, 88. Thus, the delay time is less, the delay time due to the repetitive period to the input signal is not different, and the power consumption is reduced. |
