PURPOSE:To attain stable and multiplex control with less dispersion, by providing a selection circuit to the outputs of each circuit of a controller having a plurality setting circuits, control circuits and feedback circuits. CONSTITUTION:Outputs VC1, VC2, VC3 of setting circuits 11, 12, 13 are given to a selection circuit 8 from terminals A, B, C, an intermediate value is selected and set to operation circuits 31, 32, 33. Outputs X1, X2, X3 from amplifier circuits 41, 42, 43 are given to a selection circuit 6 from the terminals A, B, C, an intermediate value is selected from a point M and to feedback circuits 51, 52, 53. The outputs of the feedback circuits 51, 52, 53 is given to a selection circuit 7, an intermediate value is selected and given to the circuits 31, 32, 33 from the M. The selected value is not limited to the intermediate values, and a maximum or a minimum value is used for this control. |
