PURPOSE:To output a sure failure predicting signal and to improve the reliability, by recording a measurement of each part of a plant for, every prescribed period, comparing it with a past data containing failures and detecting the presence/absence of the similarity. CONSTITUTION:Measurements of each part of a plant device 7 are inputted to a CPU1 via an interface 3. The CPU1 counts errors of each device (retrial instruction of execution instruction and generation of non-response) according to the program and stores the number of errors and the rate of error generation in an auxiliary storage device 2 in the period determined in each device. The device 2 is stored with the number of errors and error rate at the newest failure and preceding several periods. This data is compared with the error status at the several preceding periods up to now, and when there is similarity, a forecast failure about is outputted and displayed on a CRT4 and printed out from a typewriter 5. Thus, serious failures are avoided. |
