PURPOSE:To operate a plant safely and smoothly, by displaying an operation logic table during retardation automatically when delay of plant progress takes place, and displaying the table relating with the change in the plant after the display. CONSTITUTION:A plant state signal (a) representing each state of the plant is processed at an input processing section 2 and inputted to an operation logic table processing section 3. The section 3 catches the change in the plant from the inputted signal (a) and finds out the operation logic table 4 to be processed this time. Further, whether or not the operating conditions are established is discriminated with the signal (a). If the conditions are not established and the operating logic table 4 delaying the progress of the plant is found out, the delay operation logic table signal (e) is given to a confirming processing section 7. Then, the section 7 picks up the corresponding logic table 4 based on the signal (e) and displays the logic table on a display 8. |
