PURPOSE:To improve response characteristics and to improve the strength of a vibrator, by providing organic elastic material comprising silicon rubber and the like at a part of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The organic elastic material 11 comprising the silicon rubber and the like is provided at the part of the vibrator. At this time, the material 11 is provided in the region so as not to give the influence to the characteristics of the vibrator 4. Thus sharpness Q to the vibration characteristics can be decreased, and the response characteristics in the knocking signal detecting system can be improved. The material 11 is applied on the arbitrary position of the vibrator 4, after the vibrator is fixed to a base plate 7 by a vibrator pushing piece 8. |
