PURPOSE:To improve the anticorrosive and heat transfer properties of the heat exchanger by a method wherein a group of flexible plastic fine tubes woven in the form of a mat by making themselves warps with respect to a woof member are used as heat transfer tubes. CONSTITUTION:The heat transfer tubes are formed mainly by the plastic fine tubes 1A woven in the form of a mat by making themselves warps with respect to the woof member 9, an inlet port header 2 for inserting the tubes 1A into the heat exchanger (not shown) and an outlet port header (not shown). The fine tubes 1A may be made of various kinds of flexible plastic materials. With the above structure, a heat medium passes through the fine tubes 1A woven in a zigzag fashion so that it flows turbulently to thereby increase the heat transfer efficiency of the inner surface of each of fine tubes 1A. Likewise, the heat transfer efficiency of the outer surface of each of the fine tubes is increased because the tubes 1A run zigzag as they keep a number of gaps among them and accordingly, it is possible to produce a turbulent flow of a heat source fluid and to allow it to pass through the gaps in a favorable condition. |
