PURPOSE:To immediately discriminate the detail of a trouble when an abnormal that a pass is defective is detected, by printing out the error code of the kind of trouble on an error zone of the magnetic card, and inhibiting printing to a print zone. CONSTITUTION:Discriminating that the kind of a pass and the recorded contents are defective, a pass kind discriminating part 41 or a reading data discriminating part 42 generates a defect discrimination output and a defect code corresponding to the contents of the defect. Subsequently a print zone clear discriminating part 52 clears the contents of a printing data memory part 51a in a memory 51 to interrupt printing. Receiving the defect code, a defect analysing part 55 applies error mark data indicating the kind of the defect to an error mark adding part 54. When a printing command is outputted from an AND gate 48, a printing execution part 58 prints out the error mark on the outside of the printing zone. |
