PURPOSE:To precisely check and prevent illegal passage, by recording charge calculating information and picture information of an entered car on a pass, and discriminating whether the picture information of the car coincides with that of the pass in and outlet gate. CONSTITUTION:Receiving outputs from car sensors 2a, 2b and a car kind discriminating sensor 3, a car kind discriminating circuit 4 detects the number of shafts and the number of wheels for a car and discriminates the kind of the car. The code for the discriminated kind of the car is applied to a card issuing machine 9 as car kind discriminating information. A feature extracting circuit 5 finds out a car height pattern on the basis of each sensor output and applies car feature code information to the pass issuing machine 9. The camera 6 takes a picture of a car advancing through an admission passage only by one frame from the front and the picture signal of one frame is processed by a picture signal processing circuit 7 and recorded on a card from the card issuing machine 9. |
