PURPOSE:To enable the continuous, high-responsive, and high-precise measurement of concencentration of dissolved gas in liquid, by a method wherein combustible gas in liquid to be measured is made to permeate a permeable film thereof and is mixed in carrier gas to feed it to a gas detecting element. CONSTITUTION:At a tip of, for example, a hollow cylinder 13, a film 1 made of teflon, silicone resin, not permeating liquid but permeate combustible gas in liquid, is formed on a surface of a carrier gas path forming a member 3 and a surface in which a groove 2 is provided in a zigzag form so that it is increased in a gas permeating area. Carrier gas is fed to an inlet 4 of the groove 2 in the member 3 through a pipe 5 from an inlet 11 formed in a lid 14 of the cylinder 13, and is supplied to a measuring chamber 6, having a contact combustion gas measuring part 7, through an outlet 8 of the member 3 from an outlet 12 of the groove 3. In the measuring part 7, a semiconductor element is used as a gas measuring element. The measuring chamber member 6 and the member 3 are detachably attached to a center shaft 15, and the member 3 is removably located so that it can be sterilized. This enables to perform a high-precise measurement. |
