发明名称 MEASUREMENT OF ENZYME IMMUNITY
摘要 PURPOSE:To determine beta1-glycoprotein at a high sensitivity by causing a contact between a solidification antibody and alkali-phosphatase labeled antibody each specifically bonded to the beta1-glycoprotein having peculiarity to human pregnancy and heterotopia (parts other than placenta) and a sample. CONSTITUTION:Solidification antibody specifically bonded to beta1-glycoprotein having a peculiarity to human pregnancy and a heterotopia (both are abbreviated for SPI together) (anti SPI house rabit IgG bonded to a non-soluble carrier such as polystylene) is brought into contact with a sample. Then, an excess of a labeled SPI in which the anti SPI house rabit IgG is bonded to an alkali- phosphatase derived from an intestine of a calf is brought into contact with said solidification antibody-SPI bond and excessive labeled anti SPI is washed off. The enzyme activity of the solidification antibody-antigen and the labeled antibody is measured in terms of absorbancy by use of phenyl phosphoric acid and 4-aminoantipyrin as substrate liquid and with addition of a coloration liquid. This enalbes the measurement of the SPI in a sample at a high accuracy by collation with a standard curve separately measured. This will serve for the diagnosis of pregnancy, abnormal pregnancy and malignant tumors.
