Deflection sensor

A deflection sensor for oscillating systems is presented which is characterised in that there are provided on the periodically moving part of the oscillating system a transducer (1) and, fixed opposite the latter, a sensor (3) which responds to the signal of the transducer (1), the signal generated in the sensor (3) requiring to be regarded as output signal for the position of the transducer (1). The transducer is preferably provided as a magnetic plate which is fastened to the periodically moving part, which is moved back and forth over a sensor (3) during oscillating operation and generates therein as a function of its oscillating position different output signals which reproduce the respective position of the magnetic plate and thus reproduce the deflection amplitude of the periodically moving part. <IMAGE>
