In a mobile apparatus, which can be quickly set up and dismantled, for the preparation of building-material mixtures in batch quantities, in particular concrete, and for delivering the same to transport means, in particular ready-mix concrete mixers, the components of the building-material mixture being fed in measured quantities roughly at ground level into a hoist container, in particular a hoist mixer, and the hoist container being drawn into a top emptying position, a first, elongated, parallelepiped-shaped frame structure (10) is provided which determines the spatial dimensions of the transport unit (1') as a whole and is set down onto an end face on site and to which a second, elongated, parallelepiped-shaped frame structure (15) is connected which in the transport position is let into the first frame structure (10) and which is designed in such a way that, in the operating state, it forms the guide rails (21) for the hoist container. The first frame structure (10) and the second frame structure (15) are pivotably connected to one another and in fact in such a way that, after the transport unit (1') has been set down, the second frame structure (15) can be tilted outwards about an axis (17) lying in the bottom area of the first frame structure (10), whereupon the hoist path (guide rails 21) for the hoist container (20) on the one hand and the requisite delivery height (H) on the other hand at the requisite lateral distance for filling the transport means are verified. <IMAGE>
