PURPOSE:To input a secret code and to remove a complex card reader, by adding an ID function to a card type electronic desk calculator, and using said calculator for both an electronic desk calculator itself and an ID card. CONSTITUTION:The card type electronic desk calculator (ID card electronic desk calculator) provided with an ID means consists of a keyboard 1, a numeral display device 2, an alarm device 3 such as a speaker, and a connector 4. Although the ID card electronic desk calculator is apparently similar to a normal card type electronic desk calculator, the former desk calculator has a connector such as an electronic cash register. When the ID card electronic desk calculator is fitted to a collating device, the existence of a data transmission request from the electronic cash register side is displayed on a display device and data are transmitted/received. A secret code is inputted by the keyboard. |
