PURPOSE:To suppress the resonance of a dust cap and at the same time to give reinforcement to a diaphragm of a speaker, by using the resin mixed with an organic filler to the dust cap. CONSTITUTION:A pellet is produced from a material containing 85% polypropylene and 15% organic filler (cellulose, etc.). This pellet is formed into a film of 0.5mm. thickness, and this film is formed into a dome-shaped dust cap 11 by vacuum forming. The internal loss of the cap 11 is improved owing to use of a polypropylene material with suppression of resonance. At the same time, the rigidity is improved, and therefore the dust cap contributes to reinforcement of a speaker. |
