PURPOSE:To alleviate the acidity of a food, by blending fruit powder or granule of a plant such as rose hip, acerola, etc. mixed with L-ascorbic acid with a vegetable oil sealed in a micro-capsule of gelatin film. CONSTITUTION:L-ascorbic acid is added to fruit powder of a plant such as rose hip, acerola, etc. rich in vitamin C, to give powder or granule. In order to alleviate the acidity of the food, it is blended with a vegetable oil such as wheat germ oil, olive oil, etc. sealed in a micro-capsule of gelatin film. Consequently, when the powder or granule is put in the mouth, the fruit powder or fruit granule is dissolved first, and the acidity is spread in the mouth. The tasteless and odorless gelatin film of the micro-capsule is successively dissolved, the vegetable oil in the capsule is eluted to cover the tongue, so that the initial acidity is alleviated. |
