PURPOSE:To prevent a high cost and a loss of energy by driving a boost pump by means of a flow rate detecting motor and discharging a discharge quantity above the discharge quantity of a variably delivery pump into the suction line of said variable delivery pump and boosting the discharge. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate detecting motor 3 is installed on a pump discharge line 13, a boost pump 5 is driven by this flow rate detecting motor 3, and the discharge port of the boost pump 5 is connected to the suction line 14 of a variable delivery pump 1. Thereby, it is not necessary to use a variable delivery pump as the boost pump 5, preventing a high cost. Also, in spite of a fixed delivery pump, its discharge quantity can be accurately matched with change in the discharge quantity of the variable delivery pump 1, thereby, preventing the generation of a large loss of energy.
