PURPOSE:To successively actuate plural valves only through the selection of a driving signal waveform, by forming a recessed area, in which the point end of a plunger is positioned when the plunger performs reciprocating motion, to a fixed core in a solenoid pump. CONSTITUTION:When a point end 64a of a plunger 64 performs motion always in a recessed area 63a, values of saturated flows Qa, Qb, Qc are in no relation to a characteristic difference between solid bodies in a solenoid pump if a driving signal is in a fixed frequency. Accordingly, conditions of pressure receiving area of responsively operated bodies 31, 32 and tension of a counter spring are set in such a manner that only the first valve 45 is opened when a driving current of waveform corresponding to a rectified AC half wave is supplied to a coil 11 of the solenoid pump 13 while the second valve 50 is opened when a driving signal of waveform corresponding to an AC or rectified AC full wave is supplied, and control can be surely performed even if the solenoid pump having a different characteristic is used. |
