PURPOSE:To raise the durability of a heat-sensitive recording material by using an organic high-molecular compound curable by ultraviolet rays as a binder for the heat-sensitive recording material. CONSTITUTION:For a combination of a diazonium salt, a coupler compound and a hydrophobic guianidine derivative of the formula (R1-R5 are each H, an alkyl, aryl or aralkyl and R6 is a lower alkylene, phenylene or naphthylene), an organic high-molecular compound curable by ultraviolet rays is used as a binder. Since the glass transition point of the ultraviolet rays-curable organic high- molecular compound is comparatively low before subjected to the irradiation of light, the melting by heating of the hydrophobic guanidiene derivative is effectively attained,and also non-printed part is fixed by the photolysis of diazonium salt by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays and at the same time the photo-bridging and polymerization of the organic high-molecular compound take place. Thus, the durability of the color pictures is greatly raised. |
