PURPOSE:To manufacture easily a durable resin mold by a method wherein the shape of a mold is transferred to a reaction hardening coat on a base material and then ultraviolet or electron rays are irradiated to harden the reaction hardening coat. CONSTITUTION:The reaction hardening coat is formed by using a composition containing reaction hardening resin consisting of reactive monomer and/or reactive oligomer on the base material such as plastic film, plstic sheet, paper, synthetic paper, etc. The shape of a mold is transferred to the reaction hardening coat before the ultraviolet or electron rays are irradiated and reaction hardening coat is hardened to manufacture a resin mold. The compounding ratio of thermoplastic resin to the reaction hardening resin is the reaction hardening resin 5-100pts.wt. to the thermoplastic resin 100pts.wt. |
