Method for loading mineral wool or any other porous insulation material into a transport container (8) and for its unloading out of same. According to the invention, the volumes of a transport container (8) and a compression container (1), which have been locked to each other, are partly or wholly filled with mineral wool or with any other porous insulation material. The material is, by means of a compression plate (4) in the compression container (1), and by means of a partition plate (6) connected to the compression plate (4), pressed into the transport container (8), whereat, when the partition plate (6) by-passes the rear end of the transport container (8), it remains behind the stops (10) provided at the rear end of the transport container (8). Hereupon, the coupling of the partition plate (6) with the compression plate (4) is opened. Next, the compression plate (4) is shifted back to the other end of the compression container (1) and the space in the compression container (1) between a second partition plate (6), which has been or may be attached to the compression plate (4), and the first partition plate (6) is partly or wholly filled with mineral wool or any other porous material, which material is, by means of the compression plate (4) of the compression container (1) and the attached second partition plate (6), pressed into the transport container (8). When the said second partition plate (6) by-passes the rear end of the transport container (8), it remains behind the stops (10) provided at the rear end of the transport container (8) after its coupling with the compression plate (4) has been opened. The said compression movement is repeated until the desired quantity, e.g. about three-fold compared with the volume of the transport container (8), of compressible mineral wool or of any other porous material has been loaded into the transport container (8). When the transport container (8) is being unloaded, each partition plate (6) is in its turn locked to the rear gate (12) of the transport container (8) by locking means (11), whereat the mineral wool or any other porous insulation material can be unloaded out of the transport container (8) as batches divided by the partition plates (6). |
