<p>The invention relates to an improvement in the assembly of the crank rod/crankshaft sub-assembly in hermetically sealed compressors with single-part crank rod and a bearing support fixed on the stator of the electric motor, which support on the one hand serves as bearing for the shank of the crankshaft and on the other hand has a hollow chamber, which forms the cylinder for the piston. The invention consists essentially in the fact that the through bore for the shank of the crankshaft has a diameter which is greater than the diameter of this shank, and in addition that a bushing is introduced through this bore from the opening lying in the stator of the electric motor, the outside diameter of which bushing is adapted to the bore diameter and the inside diameter of which is adapted to the outside diameter of the shank of the crankshaft, the bushing being partially inserted into the bore of the bearing support prior to fitting of the crankshaft, so that it does not protrude through the outside opening of the bore, and in addition that thereafter the shank of the crankshaft is inserted through this opening into the bushing until the flange with the axle journal for that on the crank rod comes up against the bushing, remaining situated on a plane below the crank rod, and that thereafter the piston with the crank rod pivotably connected to it is inserted into the cylinder until the outer head of the crank rod lies flush and concentric with the axle journal, so that due to raising of the bushing the said bushing raises the flange of the crankshaft with it at each stroke and introduces the axle journal into the crank rod, thereby completing the coupling of the two parts.</p> |
