PURPOSE:To hold a maximum value accurately for a long time even in a high atmosphperic humidity, by holding the maximum value of an analog signal from a sensor as the counted value of a counter. CONSTITUTION:When the output of a sensor 1 exceeds reference value VT and the output of a comparator 2 becomes high-level, a time generator 6 resets a counter 7 and operates a clock generating circuit 8, and a clock signal is counted through a gate 5 by the counter 7. The output of the counter 7 is inputted to a comparator 3 through a DA converter 9 and an amplifier 10, and the comparator 3 is inverted when the output of the amplifier 10 coincides with the output of the sensor 1. As the result, the clock signal is broken, and the counter 7 holds the current value until time-up of the time generator 6, and its contents are displayed on a display 14. When the output of the amplifier 10 becomes higher than the set value of a setter 12, the output of a comparator 11 becomes high- level, and an alarm 13 is operated. |
