PURPOSE:To obtain a checking device for insulating capacity which is suitable for check of mass-produced goods and has a high reliability, by measuring the leakage current between conductive parts and a conductive liquid after conductive parts subjected to the electrodeposited insulating film processing are preliminarily damped by a damping device. CONSTITUTION:A conductive liquid 5 stored in a liquid tank 4 makes a high- pressure liquid damp atmosphere in the liquid tank 4 through a high-pressure flow rate adjuster 13, which adjusts a flow rate and a pressure head by a circulating pump 11, by a damping device 7. Conductive parts 1 subjected to the electrodeposited insulating film processing are carried in this atmosphere by suspending jigs 3 and a carrying device 2, and the whole of them is damped. When conductive parts 1 are carried furthermore to reach a nozzle 8 which discharges continuous liquid columnar currents having a low pressure and a large capacity which are adjusted by a low pressure flow rate adjuster 14, a sensor 9 detects it to close a switch 10, and an amplifier 15 and a power source 16 are connected between the part of conductive parts, where the electrodeposited insulating film processing is not subjected, and the liquid column of the nozzle 8, thus checking the defective state of conductive parts 1. |
