A submersible motor pump is provided with an auxiliary valve chamber(2) & a main valve chamber(3) between the motor pump(1) & a discharge pipe(4). A steel ball(6) in the auxiliary valve chamber is provided for attenuating the starting water pressure of the motor pump. The other steel ball(8) in the main valve chamber is also provided for attenuating once again the starting water press. of the motor pump. A number of pinholes(7,7') drilled through the ball body(8) allows the discharged water to flow down when the motor pump is stopped.
