PURPOSE:To destaticize an Se-As photoreceptor without an optical fatigue and generation of negative and positive after images, by irradiating the Se-As photoreceptor with a light having a prescribed wavelength. CONSTITUTION:The Se-As photoreceptor is irradiated with the light having 670nm wavelength which is emitted from a light source 13 and passes through a band pass interference filter 14 of a discharging lamp 8. Thus, the Se-As photoreceptor is destaticized without causing an optical fatigue and generating a residual negative image and positive image. |
