PURPOSE:To thinly ring a bar material throughout a whole body, by tensing plural lines of wires to fix the short scale bar material. CONSTITUTION:A lever 14 is moved in the direction of an arrow head 15 to rotate a shaft 12 and remove tension from wires 10, under this condition a short scale bar material 4 is supplied onto a guide member 9. Then the lever 14 is moved in the direction of an arrow head 16 to rotate the shaft 12 and wind the wires 10, and the tension is applied to fix the material 4. Unevenness in length of each wire is absorbed by a sag of leaf springs 11, and each wire operates to press the material 4 to the member 9. Under this condition, the material between each wire is cut by cutting tools. |
