PURPOSE:To dispense quantitatively a trace of liquid with high accuracy, by providing a device that the tip end of a pipette is rotated so as to bring it into contact with the inner circumference wall of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:A tube 3 introducing a trace of material 2 to be inspected into a pipette 1 is connected to the upper end of the pipette 1 and the material 2 is divided to every prescribed quantity by air 4 in the pipette 1. The pipette 1 is held firmly by a holder 5 and the holder 5 is supported pivotally and rotatably by a pin 6. When the pipette 1 is lowered to a prescribed position in a reaction tube 11 and an electromagnetic coil 10 is powered on by a power source 12, a metallic piece is attracted and the tip end 1a of the pipette 1 is brought into contact with an inner wall 13 of the tube 11 by rotating by a prescribed angle through the holder 5. Hereby, a prescribed quantity of the material 2 is added dropwise to the tube 11 along the wall 13. |
