PURPOSE:To prevent generation of collision torque, by previously contacting gear teeth of a turning effect transmission device. CONSTITUTION:In a condition of electric motors or the like when a running cutter is used to operate cutting, a value of load torque T1 is held to a fixed value except at cutting time because torque is generated by brake force also except at the cutting time. Accordingly, even when a value of rotary speed R is fixed, a current change DELTAI and torque T2 show a fixed value. Since cutting is operated under a condition teeth of gears or the like are previously contacted, collision torque is not generated also when the cutting is started, accordingly, a value of T2 is decreased to a level from 1/2 to 2/3 the conventional value. |
